PokéFind: Minecraft Bedrock Server IP, Port and Review (2026)

Pokémon on Bedrock, with no mods needed. PokéFind mixes Pokémon games with some Pokémon Go mechanics, all without mods. Modes include Pokémon World, Pokémon Survival, Pokémon Skyblock and PokéWars, plus competitive battling.

How to join on Minecraft Bedrock

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition and click Play.
2. Go to the Servers tab, scroll down and click Add Server.
3. Enter a name, then the server address and port from the box below.
4. Click Save, then click the server to join.

On Xbox, PlayStation and Switch, the Servers tab only shows Featured servers. To join other servers on console you need a workaround, such as a free LAN-proxy app on your phone (for example BedrockTogether).
